Pulse Point: Ready to Respond

“Sudden Cardiac Arrest is not just a job for emergency responders but rather a community-based issue that requires a community-based response.

                             – International Association of Fire Chiefs

Equipping the UCI community with the resources necessary to be emergency ready is one of AEMS' core values. By spreading awareness about the Pulse Point mobile app, we are able to do just that.

Pulse Point is an app that will send you an alert if someone is experiencing a cardiac arrest in your area, and where the nearest AED can be located. By responding to a Pulse Point alert, you can save the life of a member of your community.

If you are CPR certified, Join AEMS in downloading Pulse Point and be part of the movement to make UCI more emergency ready.
